Yes. We hire chairs, tables, dance floor panels, lighting, staging accessories and temporary flooring for events across Kampala and the rest of Uganda. Long-term hire and bulk bookings are available — contact our team for a bespoke quote.
For peak event seasons and large-scale projects we recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance. Smaller hires and weekday events can sometimes be arranged within 7–14 days depending on availability.
Yes — our event consulting includes a site visit, floorplan review and a practical setup plan. This helps us advise on runways, staging, emergency access and the best materials for the venue.

Safety and hygiene are priorities. Our equipment and décor items are inspected, cleaned and maintained between hires. We carry public liability insurance for standard event operations.
